A Race Against Time
In an Ebola outbreak, time is the most critical factor. Every delay in identifying a case or reaching a contact increases the risk of further transmission. That is why our response is built around speed, precision, and coordination.
With your support, rapid response teams are being deployed immediately when new alerts are raised. These teams investigate suspected cases, initiate contact tracing, and ensure that anyone at risk is monitored and supported. Acting within hours—not days—can stop entire chains of infection.
This work is intense and requires constant readiness, but it is one of the most effective ways to contain Ebola.
Because of your generosity, we are able to act quickly when it matters most. Your support is helping turn critical hours into lifesaving action.
