Building Life Projects Through Guidance and Opport

By Juliana Gomez | Comunicaciones

At Corporación Superarse, we believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to dream, plan, and build a meaningful future. Thanks to your support through GlobalGiving, we continue accompanying vulnerable youth as they develop the skills, confidence, and vision needed to become independent adults.
One of the most meaningful components of our Life Autonomy Program is helping young people discover who they are, identify their talents, and create a personal life project that guides their decisions and aspirations.
Recently, a group of participants visited the Pontifical Bolivarian University (UPB) as part of our vocational guidance process. While the visit itself was an important experience, the true impact comes from the ongoing support that surrounds it. Our team works closely with each young person before, during, and after these opportunities, helping them reflect on their interests, strengths, educational goals, and future possibilities.
Many of the youth we serve have grown up facing difficult circumstances that often limit their expectations for the future. Through individualized guidance, mentoring, educational support, and real-life learning experiences, they begin to see new possibilities for themselves and gain the confidence to pursue them.
During the university visit, participants explored academic programs, learned about higher education pathways, and imagined themselves as future students and professionals. More importantly, they strengthened their belief that their goals are achievable.
Every conversation, workshop, and educational experience contributes to a larger purpose: helping each young person build a life project based on autonomy, responsibility, and hope.
Your support makes this journey possible. Because of you, our youth are not only preparing for adulthood—they are discovering their potential and creating a roadmap for a brighter future.
Thank you for believing in them and for being part of their transformation.
