You can help those who need it most in this crisis. We are helping so that children in Medellin-Colombia do not go hungry.
During the last weeks, at CORPORACION SUPERARSE, we have distributed more than 370 food packages and cleaning kits, among families with young children, who live from informal work or who are unemployed and who have not been able to work during this time of quarantine for COVID-19
Helping others is a fundamental aspect for our own fulfillment as people, today the world reminds us that we are part of a community that needs us and together we can contribute to the lives of those who have been most affected. There are many cases, in which the emergency is not only accompanied by the disease, but also by hunger. Let's not let our children suffer.
Would you like to be able to help these people? Donate here to continue bringing food, they will thank you.

We continue to seek help for Santi (NO REAL NAME). He is a 13 year old boy, he came from Venezuela to Colombia with his father in search of opportunities and a better quality of life.
Santi's mother died when he was 3 years old, since then his father has been his only support and has always been in the care of the child.
Santi suffered a BRAIN SPILL at 8 years old, was hospitalized for 5 months. From this disease, the child is visually impaired due to eye deviation (sees less than 50%) and must take medications to prevent seizures, is overweight and avoids eye contact due to sequelae of his disease, all this causes him Low self-esteem and although he is behind in school due to his health problems, he is now in 7th grade.
Santi is protected in CORPORACIÓN SUPERARSE, attends every day and receives, food, care, education, psychological help and much support for him and his father.
The father does not have a formal job, sometimes he cleans cars on the streets of Medellín, due to not having a stable income, the father has not been able to pay for the specialized medical treatment the child needs, Santi runs the risk of totally losing his vision. There are many Venezuelan families with children who are arriving in Colombia and our city Medellin in search of opportunities for their lives. When they arrive in the city, on many occasions they have no home, no employment and children have no possibility of going to school or accessing the health system, they are many children who are totally unprotected. In SUPERARSE we have attended over the last year more than 20 boys and girls who arrive in this situation.
Frank (no real name) is 10 years old, together with his younger brother, they attend the Corporacion Superarse every day, here they receive full food, care, school support and everything necessary for their rights to be fulfilled. Her mother is blind and works as a street vendor of sweets through the streets of the city to get money for her and her children, they live in one room all together. Like them every day more unprotected children arrive in our city. Let's help them get ahead.
WITH YOUR DONATION, EVERY DAY WE CAN SUPPORT MORE CHILDREN TO NOT LIVE OR WORK ON THE STREETS!
