i). Registered 32 candidates to sit for the UVTAB assessment and successfully briefed 100% of the trainees for the assessment, with Uganda Vocational Technical Assessments Board of the Ministry of Education Sports of the Republic of Uganda. Ready to do exams on 1st October 2025. This includes all the 03 GlobalGiving sponsored students.
ii). This is improving on their incomes and business skills for better livelihood.
iii). As a result of attending the UGAPRIVI (Uganda Association of Private Vocational Institutions) meeting, the Principal Tutor of our school has enrolled and undergone the first-level training of Instructors expected to obtain a Certificate in Basic Instructor Skills Trainer (BIST). UGAPRIVI is a national umbrella organization that brings together private vocational training institutions across Uganda. Established in 1998 and officially registered as an NGO in 2000, UGAPRIVI’s mission is to improve the quality and image of private vocational institutions, foster collaboration among training centres, etc.
Iv). We also attended the online students’ registration for examinations conducted by UVTAB in Gulu City and has given us a timely opportunity to review students’ registration details online and editing them. This mitigated registration delays and mistakes.
