Scholar Fatoumatta Konteh, a Nursing Student of American International University of West Africa (AIUWA) brought together 500 students and teachers of Nusrat Senior Secondary School Gambia on Saturday October 16, 2021, to discuss on the topics: "BUILDING A CAREER OUT OF A GIVEN FIELDS OF STUDIES" and "THE PARTNER YOU NEED" as a voluntary project in addition to her earlier capstone project meant for her graduation from ISERH UNDERGRADUATE STUDIES CLASS 7.

It was an exciting and amazing moment as she made a brief introduction of herself and what the ISERH Undergraduate Studies is all about and its purpose. She eventually proceeded to introduce the topics at hand.

Diving through the topics, she remarkably started with the acronym AAG which stands for:

A= Awareness

A= Acceptance and

G= Growth

She shared with them what she learnt from Mrs Ikimat Salawu Yusuf that they should learn to always reflect on:

• They should Believe in themselves (to sustain consistency)

• Improve their communication skills

• Expand their network

• Get a mentor (to be guided and do better)

• Give back (by teaching others) and

• Study

More interestingly, she quoted Mr Saheed Adewale Olayemi who went on to say, "...a partner is a companion or simply an intimate friend of yours with whom your set goals are diligently worked on and archived". She remarkably brought the program to an end as the students got their questions adequately answered.

Having successfully implemented this project, she has hereby fulfilled a part of the requirements expected of her to graduate and get inducted as an ISERH Associate Ambassador, and if all things being equal, she shall have unrestricted access to the resources available on the Ambassadors Portal - starting from Sunday 5th of December, 2021, immediately after their convocation and induction ceremony on the designated platform.

ISERH Undergraduate Studies is a FREE online course where African undergraduates and fresh graduates are trained (via telegram ) by professionals, for a period of 5 months (minimum) on leadership, socio-economic, relationship and entrepreneurial skills. The students of the course are referred to as SCHOLARS, and upon the fulfilment of 75% attendance rate, 50% facebook engagement rate, filling of online graduation form, and implementation and reporting of capstone project, they get convocated and inducted as ISERH Associate Ambassadors.

From all of us at the Initiative for Sound Education, Relationship & Health (ISERH), we say 'Congratulations to you' and as well give credit to Mr. Saheed Olayemi and Mrs Ikimat Salawu Yusuf who facilitated the training of our scholars on 'THE PARTNER YOU NEED and BUILDING A CAREER OUT OF A GIVEN FIELDS OF STUDIES

71 IUS CLASS 6 INDUCTED AS ISERH ASSOCIATE AMBASSADORS

It was like a Biblical camel that could find it easier to enter the eyes of the needle than for the rich to access the Kingdom of God. Initiative for Sound Education, Relationship & Health received 1,424 applications from African countries for her Undergraduate Studies Class 6. About 452 were admitted for the free 5-month course class that commenced in January 2nd 2021.

At the beginning, it looked like usual classes that abound the internet. By the time the heat generated by the class' rules, assignments submission/attendance, Facebook engagement, in-class contributions got to a certain level, many soberly clicked exit button while others kept struggling to excel with their last breath.

The number of Scholars of the Class that made it to the 5th month got significantly dropped below 300. The implementation of capstone project further reduced them to 71 that finally excelled and became ISERH Associate Ambassadors on Sunday, June 6th, 2021.

These warriors got successful in making sure they won the race. They are superheroes who faced adversities and conquered them. Despite the challenges of power outage and distorted internet services in Africa, these refined entities conquered failure and emerged as the new set of African Hopes. Through their capstone projects, they were able to impact 2,351 persons across Africa, on what they've been taught in the course.

As we celebrate these amazing 71 for excelling, we appreciate and celebrate our 16 global icons that facilitated the core courses and our 13 awesome Associate Ambassadors that joined in facilitating elective courses for the period of 6 months.

We are convinced that these 71 IAAs are now better equipped in corporate, social, entrepreneurial, and relationship skills than they were, 5 months ago. We have launched them to the world and we have seen their zeal towards making Africa stand equal with the rest of the world. We believe that they have started working towards projecting the beauty, strength and resilience of Africa to the rest of the world. Africa is no longer a zoo to us and these 71 IAAs, but the earthly paradise that powers the beauty, strength and civility of the universe.

The management appreciates the brains behind her virtual (zoom) graduation/induction ceremony, the Moderator, the volunteered ISERH Associate Ambassadors that were in charge of attendance recording. We specifically appreciate IAA Michael, a graduate of Kwara State University, and the Personal Assistant to our Chief Servant for his relentless and consistent supports.

From all of us at ISERH, we are better energized and strengthened to do far better than we have been doing in the past. Application for the Class 7 of ISERH Undergraduate Studies commences immediately and it is opened to African Undergraduates and Graduates across the continent. You may log on to https://ius.iserh.org/class7 to submit your application.

For all of us at ISERH, prosperity of Africa through the youth is our core mandate.

SCHOLAR RAFIAT TAKES PEACEFUL COEXISTENCE TO HER NEIGHBOURS
On the 27th of March, 2021, Scholar Rafiat, a Graduate of Hospitality Management from Federal Polytechnic Ede - Nigeria, gathered over 15 members of her community to discuss  PEACEFUL CO-EXISTENCE: IMPLICATIONS ON NATION BUILDING, in partial fulfilment of the requirements to graduate from ISERH Undergraduate Studies Class 6.
She began by asking them if peace could reign through violence or hatred. Her question got a chorus NO. She then proceeded to detailing what peaceful coexistence means and how peace could be attained in the face of diversity. She equipped them with the three principles of peaceful co-existence:  Respect, Validation, and Approval. She later took them through the impacts that peaceful coexistence brings to a community and a nation at large.
Having successfully implemented this project, she has hereby fulfilled a part of the requirements expected of her to graduate and get inducted as an ISERH Associate Ambassador, and if all things being equal, she shall have unrestricted access to the resources available on the Ambassadors Portal - starting from Sunday 6th of June, 2021, immediately after their convocation and induction ceremony on the designated platform.
ISERH Undergraduate Studies is a FREE online weekly class which has a module already developed for the 5 months course duration with highly profiled facilitators to teach each of the module's topics. At the end of 5 months, every participating undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate who meets 75% rate of assignment done, submitted and graded; 50% facebook participating rate; carries out and duly submits his/her Capstone Project reports shall get inducted as ISERH Associate Ambassador. This gives them unrestricted access to ISERH Ambassadors Portal (http://ambassadors.iserh.org) where they can freely have one-on-one chats with a group or individual Ambassadors and their facilitators, have access to internship, fellowship, jobs adverts; audio/video lectures; books; and lots more.
From all of us at the Initiative for Sound Education, Relationship & Health (ISERH), we say 'Congratulations to her' and as well give credit to Mr. Abdulraheem for facilitating the training of our scholars on ‘Peaceful Coexistence: Implications on Nation Building’.
