IA Abisola was the pioneer Secretary of the ISERH Ambassadors' Forum and she belongs to the first cohort of our Ambassadors/Scholarship beneficiaries (March 2014).
As we are full of joy that she graduated today from Chemistry Education Department of the university, we pray to the Supreme Being to open His doors of blessings and upliftment to her. May she never join the group of 'we-are-looking-for-job'.
As we congratulate her, her dedicated parents and ourselves for this huge success, we say thank you to everyone who has ever supported our programs.
Congratulations Sweetheart!

ISERH GIVES 130 STUDENTS OF AJIMOKO MIDDLE SCHOOL, ILESA EXERCISE BOOKS, TEXT BOOKS, PENS AND PENCILS
The exercise that targeted just 50 students of the school experienced a transformation towards impacting 130 students. It was a beautiful and memorable Wednesday, 3rd October 2018, for the students and the staff of Ajimoko Middle School, Ilesa, Ilesa West Local Government, Osun State, Nigeria, as a team of Initiative for Sound Education, Relationship and Health (ISERH) led by Aderanti – Director of Programs, arrived the school to distribute the learning materials to the needy students.
The team had a plan of giving the learning materials to just 50 students but the Principal of the school - Mrs. Adeyoju pleaded for its evenly distribution to 130 students, as almost all their students are lacking the basic learning materials. The students were given exercise books, textbooks, pens and pencils.
Having known that schools in the state often face challenges of inadequate teaching materials, ISERH presented 3 cartons of chalks to the school. In many occasions are students left untaught or ended classes earlier consequent upon shortage or lack of chalks to write on the board.
In his address to the students, ISERH Director of Programs emphasized on the needs for them to keep their head high above any challenge that poses threat to their education. He assured them of a better future as there’s always a reward for hard work. He concluded by sharing the sorry story of the founder of the organisation, Abayomi that has now metamorphosed into success story. He concluded that Abdulahi’s story should be an enough inspiration/ motivation for any young poor/vulnerable and hapless student to learn and work hard to attain greatness, no matter the difficulties s/he and his/her parents are facing.
The principal of the school - Mrs. Adeyoju appreciated the organisation for picking the school and her students as beneficiaries of this project. She added that the distribution of the materials to the students was timely as the schools just resumed from their terminal break in the state. She reiterated the staff’s commitment to hard work as well as their readiness to support in actualizing the mission of the organization’s project. She appreciated all the donors of the project, GlobalGiving and ISERH management.
Isiaq - ABC Project Director, and Ossenat -Director of Finance and Operation, made up the team that took the good news to the students.
At Initiative for Sound Education, Relationship and Health (ISERH), we are committed to reducing the number of out-of-school youth, promote open access to learning, and support schools with teaching aids and learning materials. We appreciate those who donated towards this project, directly or through GlobalGiving.

In strengthening the relationship among ISERH Ambassadors of the same and different cohorts and as well as the Prospective Associate Ambassadors, Initiative for Sound Education Relationship & Health (ISERH) has launched Ambassadors Portal . This portal provides a wide range of opportunities for the Ambassadors and the prospective Associate Ambassadors. The Ambassadors/Prospective Associate Ambassadors can see who among them is online and engage them in chats - whether they are online or offline.
The ISERH Ambassadors are the teenagers who have benefited ISERH sponsorship of their High/Senior School Certifficate Examinations (SSCE) and/or University Entrance Examinations (UTME). ISERH Associate Ambassadors are the graduates of ISERH Undergraduate Studies - through which Nigerian Undergraduates are trained on depression management, leadership development, social/corporate, relationship management, and entrepreneurial skills for the purpose of combating high prevalence of suicides among Nigerian undergraduates.
Another amazing feature of the portal is the Library Services icon. Under this icon are consistently updated downloadable books/articles; motivational/academic videos and audios. They have direct access to apply for latest global and national scholarships, fellowships, internships and jobs under Opportunities Icon on the portal.
This platform also affords them the opportunity of seeking direct mentorship from highly resourced and profiled facilitators who are presently available on the portal. Ambassadors/Prospective Associate Ambassadors can view the list of both Ambassadors and Associate Ambassadors and as well exchange messages and create contacts. They can know when last each of their colleagues logged into the portal. They can as well schedule and hold online meetings via the portal.
According to the ICT Director of this organization, Engr. Kunle Olatunji, this platform will not only unite about 100 ISERH Ambassadors and the Prospective 250 Associate Ambassadors, but give them access to a community of heterogeneous people of varied academic, career, ethnic, religious and political backgrounds. It is a platform abounds with opportunities of mingling and building cordial relationship among Ambassadors/Prospective Associate Ambassadors of varied social and economic family backgrounds. ‘How I wish I am an ISERH Ambassador/Associate Ambassador!’ – exclaimed the ICT Director.
Consequently, ISERH congratulates all her Ambassadors/Prospective Associate Ambassadors, and enjoins them to maximally utilize the opportunities abound the portal and as well visit the portal religiously.
