For someone suffering from a serious fracture, every movement can be unbearable—and every delay can make recovery more difficult.

Abdullah experienced this after sustaining a fractured collarbone. He was rushed to one of SEMA’s hospitals, where the medical team relieved his pain, prepared him for urgent surgery, and stabilized the fracture with a suitable metal plate.

Following successful treatment, Abdullah was discharged in good health and able to begin his recovery.

But your impact reached beyond emergency care.

A child living with a severe arm deformity caused by an improperly healed fracture also received corrective surgery through our surgical program. The deformity had caused abnormal rotation of the forearm and affected the child’s ability to use the arm normally.

Thanks to your continued support, surgeons were able to correct the damaged bone and restore the arm to a more natural position—giving the child renewed movement, confidence, and hope for the future.

Your generosity does not only repair fractures. It relieves pain, restores independence, and helps patients return to the lives they feared they had lost.

Baby Abdo is one of those children.

He was born with severe respiratory distress and was immediately transferred to the neonatal intensive care unit at Al-Ikhaa Hospital. His fragile lungs could not support him without urgent medical intervention.

Thanks to your support, the medical team had the equipment, medication, and intensive care needed to act quickly.

Abdo survived.

He is still receiving close medical care and continuing his fight, but he has already overcome a critical moment that could have taken his life.
