Dear Supporter,
For years, an 80-year-old man in northern Syria lived with severe pain and worsening health problems.
When he finally reached one of SEMA’s hospitals, our medical team immediately began the necessary examinations. Radiological and laboratory tests revealed multiple stones inside his bladder, requiring surgical intervention.
Thanks to your generous support, the operation was performed successfully, and approximately 25 bladder stones were removed.
After years of suffering, the patient was discharged in good health—relieved of his pain and able to return home with renewed comfort and hope.
Your donations made this life-changing treatment possible.
For elderly patients living through poverty, displacement, and limited access to healthcare, surgery is often far beyond what they can afford. Your contributions allow SEMA’s medical teams to provide dignified, specialized care to people who may have nowhere else to turn.
Thank you for standing beside vulnerable patients of every age and for supporting surgical programs that restore health, dignity, and hope.
With heartfelt gratitude,
