Stopping Ebola requires more than treatment—it requires trust, awareness, and rapid detection at the community level.
We are expanding community engagement efforts to ensure accurate information reaches households and that suspected cases are reported early. Activities include:
Community education on Ebola symptoms and prevention
Collaboration with local leaders to combat misinformation
Support for contact tracing teams monitoring exposed individuals
With the outbreak linked to cross-border transmission, vigilance is essential. Empowered communities are the first line of defense against Ebola.
