Library Club Activity
Hello.....
Thanks to each and everyone who support Agastya Foundation. We wish you "VERY HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS DIWALI ".
After the vaccation schools were reopend and started full fledeged activities in Kuppam Campus. Here attached the report on library activities conducted from July-September'16.
Library Activities:
- Improving children listening skills through “Phonetic” alphabet sounds through videos for improving English vocabulary.
- Audio / Video visual show on moral stories.
- Regular classes.
- Training conducted for Operation Vasantha Volunteers on Adult Literacy.
- Government Teachers utilized our Library books.
- Children and our staff utilizing Digital Library content every Fridays.
- Inculcation of Book Reading habit.
- Value of a Book – Hands on learning.
- Community Library Visits.
- Books circulation among 10 New Community Libraries.

Hope you are doing well!!
Library Activities:
- Digital Library Inaugurated by Engineers India Limited Group along with Mr.Ramji Raghavan Founder - Agastya on 7th April.
- Library team participated in 2 theater art’s workshops conducted by Ms. Shruthi & Kathalaya in Kuppam campus.
- Conducted training session for children on Puppet making and Roll play.
- Training conducted for Operation Vasantha Volunteers.
- Conducted orientation on Library Management System for Interns.
- Conducted summer classes.
- Government Teachers utilized our Library books.
- Children and our staff utilizing Digital Library content every Fridays.
- Children prepared Miniature Book & Flip books.
- Inculcation of Book Reading habit.
- Value of a Book – Hands on learning.
- Community Library Visits.
- Regular classes.
- Books circulation among 10 New Community Libraries.

Hello,
Hope you are doing well!!
Activities such as building new words, making books and art and crafts were conducted. Below is the list of special event conducted during the reporting period:
- Science Day Celebrated for 3 days.
- Art and Creativity fair was conducted at Art Lab in Agastya’s Kuppam campus by the name of “KALA KOOTAMI “from 29th March 2016 to 31st March 2016. In this fair Media arts, Library and Art department children were displayed activities done in this academic year. The fair benefited 2654 participants in which 1255 Girls, 1196 Boys, 143 teachers from Government, and other schools along with 60 Operation Vasantha volunteers. Our chairman Mr. Ramji Ragavan and Regional Managers from Agastya visited the fair.
