Hola amigos!

Mil sonrisas.

We dream it, we work on it and we have achieved it!

Hello friends!

Effectively since our last report many things have happened and today we want to share them with you.

During the month of March in commemoration of the World Down Syndrome Day, we offered multiple conferences to parents, professionals, teachers and university students.

In April, the Media Marathon of Barranquilla was an example of inclusion with the participation of people with Down syndrome, who as part of our community were present at this important event with our support.

After 1 year of hard work, the 5th Ibero-American Congress about Down Syndrome was a successful reality. We congregated in Cartagena on April 29 and 30 around 40 experts responsible for providing information to 550 attendees, especially families from 19 countries in Ibero America.

We renew our strength to continue promoting this cause after our congress and we have been conducting training sessions and delivering Welcome Kits to new parents of children with Down syndrome, in addition to our usual group sessions each month of early attention and training conferences and awareness

Very excited we say thank you, thank you very much to all of you who have accompanied us and continue with us to help create a more inclusive community for all; Today more than ever we need your contribution to continue advancing in this purpose, we invite you to share this information with your friends and to continue supporting us with your contributions through GlobalGiving platform at this link  https://www.globalgiving.org/projects/bustingmyths-in-colombia/

We sent you a thousand of smiles
