Optimal use of resources to achieve Value for it
Application of use of value for resources is reportedly apply at Kole Intellectual Forum in this very particular time.
"Value for money" in the concept of Kole Intellectual Forum is a principle that refers to the optimal use of resources to achieve the best possible outcomes by balancing costs and benefits, while also "time value of money" on other hand, is a financial principle stating that a dollar today is worth more than a dollar in the future due to its potential to earn interest. These two concepts are often being used at Kole Intellectual to ensure the donation received by the organization can do something that can transform the society.
Basically, deliberately, the value for money and time for money can be discussed on the following move: by,
- Definition: A concept that assesses the cost-effectiveness and efficiency of expenditures or investments.
- Goal: To achieve the best possible outcome or benefit for the resources invested, maximizing benefits while minimizing costs.
- Application: Use transparently to serve the purpose asked for

Knowledge at KIFA is Diversified

Without being tire of exploring into the knowledge of understanding, Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) is making even the young men within the project to empower a girl child for self reliance to grow form the early stage to the team of professionals. The young men out of school within this area: Kole Intellectual Forum has developed them, trained them through the fund that was meant to be hiring professionals to be building of their proposed Institute of Home Economics; and within six months they were able to start the work that is at present about to be completed.
Through this engagement the project leader is able to discuss with them about the industry trends, project goals/challenges, career growth/skills, organizational vision, process improvement, beneficiaries insights, and even lighthearted personal topics among others, covering everything from day-to-day operations to long-term strategy and team dynamics that put them in a better position than before.

Psychological developed: KIFA Society

As part of the development of their society, Kole Intellectual Forum, a Community Based Organization, has developed a program that is meant to promote psychological development of its society, by fostering social-emotional learning, encouraging activities that improve mental well-being like thinking positively, building a strong social connections and supportive environments.
On top of that: they are encouraging them to implementing government comprehensive policies, improving access to mental health services, and educating them on public mental health.
Fundamentally, the organization is focusing on educating the next generation by encouraging them to impart knowledge that can foster critical thinking and mental capacity, equipping them with ideas that can enable them to face challenges and make them achieve their intended goals.
Although, the team of the organization are encouraging the members of their society to become active agents to advocate for social and economic changes that support psychological well-being.
They are also going ahead to impact knowledge of interconnectedness, by encouraging them to recognize that psychological development can influence a broader living conditions, so if they are to live a better life style, then they need to build a strong living cooperation among themselves
