Having been revealed to Kole Intellectual Forum from their attempt to address the issues investigated into details in action research in Kole District, Northern Uganda; the organization observed that: poor performance of the majority of children of the ordinary people in education sector in public primary school of the post war are of Northern Uganda is resulting from abject poverty that are escalating in various homes of the occupants of the area. It was a point of concern that: unless otherwise Home economics classes is developed to empower the participants across the globe by teaching them fundamental life skills that, at times, can't be learned from textbooks or parents, then it may not be easy to give a proper support in education sector anywhere in the world including Uganda in particular; this was the conclusion arrived at by the analysts of this finding. 10 girls out school undergo the pilot project at an Home Economics Academy of Kole Intellectual Forum

To them (Kole Intellectual Forum), they presented that: the skills that can be learned from the course (home economics class) can provide for positive stimulants and confidence that every student needs!

The course can be viewed in different disciplines; for instance, health wise, it means looking after ones health, appearance, body, hair, teeth, hands, feet, eyes, nose, clothing and shoes; making the person in question well groomed in appearance means to be neatly and correctly dressed, with a suitable hair style and make up and so on; meanwhile in terms of food, the course drives academic and applied knowledge that enable the participant to explore the food system, from its origins to the market. ...; promoting a well- being of an individual and enhancing the quality of people's lives through effective resource management which in turn can be used as a tool to promote quality, sustainable and potential education that Kole Intellectual Forum stands for.

Data discussed by a number of representatives-CSOs
Data discussed by a number of representatives-CSOs

The Kole District is one of the districts in Uganda that has started to collect data for its the 5 years strategic development plan, by organizing the relevant individuals and institutions within their area of jurisdiction to help them track the priority areas that they can capture in their plan with the hope of staying in pursuit of their short-term and long-term development goals.

With support from TAACC (the Apac Anti-Corruption Coalition), a civil society organization working in Kole District; focusing in Citizens engagement for improved service delivery; as well as engaging duty bearers for effective service delivery; the organization (TAACC) invited more than 30 representatives from different nonprofit organizations including Kole Intellectual Forum to interact with district officials; and they were helpful to them to help them track the priority areas most needed by the community they work for, that can be included into their Kole district strategic development plan.

In the process, after group discussion, presentation and interpretation, Kole Intellectual Forum was noted as not only that organization who had an issue to discuss during budget conference; but, an organization that had already prepared its budget proposal that the district is ready to incorporate to its strategic plan beginning from year 2021/2.
