We are now fully operational in our new premises. As a matter of fact, activities are broken down between two different locations that are at walking distance from one another.
In UNIT 1, we teach Computing, English, Ballet, Violin and School Help (for those who are having problems at school) and Baking;
In UNIT 2, we teach Computing, English, how to become a Receptionist, Silk Screen for T-shirts, Manicure/Pedicure and Knitting.
Currently 127 pupils are enrolled for the 1st quarter courses. This is slightly below target, but given the move to these new premises, it´s not a bad start.
We continue to share the premises with our sister association (Casa do Caminho) that assists mentally disabled children. We are hoping to completely unite with them in the near future in order to create synergies and reduce costs.
