In November 2015 our St Juan Diego St Vincent de Paul food pantry served 120 families including 292 adults and 224 children. Our backpack program provided 40 hungry school children at Mckinley Elementary and 8 at Springville Elementary with food for weekends at home.
In December, through our Christmas program, we were able to provide 28 local families in need with a special food box along with gift cards for each family member to make their Christmas a little brighter.
We continue to help local families with rent or utility assistance. Exemplifying the gratitude of these families one recipient anonymously donated $100 to our pantry with a note stating "This is for helping me when I was down and out. Maybe it can help someone else."
Thank you all for your support!
