Help families that are struggling in our area by providing nutritious food and a spirit of caring through our food pantry. Your contribution is leveraged through purchase of food from Oregon Food Bank
Hunger. With poor economic times, many of those in our area are in need of assistance with their basic food needs. We see clients when food stamps have run out and they have nowhere else to turn. Many of our clients have just recently lost their jobs. We treat all of our "shoppers" with a large dose of humanity.
Our program provides emergency assistance to those in need of food assistance, while they search for employment or other means to meet the needs of their families.
We are building community and a spirit of helping our neighbors. While this can't be measured, it is a direct result of our work. We have already had clients come back and help us a volunteers at our food pantry for example.
