Back to school! Second semester is here!

The April holidays are ongoing, and our high school students are doing well. The last semester ended on a positive note, with no negative reports, and all 60 students successfully remained in school. It was especially encouraging to hear from the new high school students as they shared their experiences. As pioneers of the new education system introduced by the government, they are making steady progress. Although the delayed delivery of textbooks posed some challenges, they are adapting and coping well.

We had a meaningful time with the students at the centre. Our social workers reviewed their assessment records and were pleased with their academic progress. Those preparing for their national examinations this year are putting in great effort to achieve their goals. Many are exceeding expectations, and we are optimistic about strong results at the end of the year.

None of this progress would be possible without your support. Your commitment to meeting their academic needs is what makes this success a reality. We are deeply grateful for your generosity. As we all know, education is a powerful equalizer and one of the most effective tools for breaking the cycle of poverty. The impact of your support is truly remarkable.

During the holidays, we also provided moral support and counseling to students who needed it. In addition, we supplied personal items required for the second semester, especially for those in boarding school.

Once again, thank you very much for your generosity and continued support.
