This is our third semester and we are approaching the end of the year, happy and thankful. The new high school students are doing well, they have all coped with the new environment in their new school and they are performing very well. The amazing part is their performance!
The first semester was short but they all passed their first exam in high school. The poorly performed student had a mean grace of ‘B’ and this was so much encouraging. Second semester was better and we are looking forward the third semester which is ending in October because of the national exams.
This is happening because of your support, some students benefitted from the cows that were sold and the proceeds was paid to their schools as school fees when they were joining. We are grateful to as helped all our supporters for buying the cows for their sponsored children, this has helped in so many ways.
These students stayed in school throughout the school days because they didn’t have any fee arrears and this makes a big difference. The students are happy and are looking forward to achieving their goals. You are that person making happen, we wouldn’t be happy if it were not for your generosity. Having these students in high school throughout is in itself a miracle because that doesn’t happen to other students. Everyday students are on the road, going back home for school fees, and when they are going home, they know very well there is no money. It is heartbreaking to so many because most of them give up and drop out of school.
Thank you so much for supporting our students through high school and giving them a second chance in their lives. You have given them hope and they are proud of you, your names are mentioned all the time as they share their testimonies with others.
Armedius who finished his degree last year has secured a job in one of our national nursing schools and he is able to help his siblings with school. What a great achievement! Vivian has also finished her degree in economics and human resource, and she has secured a job with a sugar company in the human resource department. She is now taking care of her siblings! You have made it happen.
We have more students who still need our support, lets continue to share our good work with others to reach out to more suffering orphaned and vulnerable children.
Thank you
