Nov 20 - Cita en Despacho de Primera Dama para presentar FOV y solicitar apoyo para proyectos.

Very happy today with the visit to the Office of the First Lady of the Republic to present the work of our Foundation. We look forward to their valuable support to continue carrying Panamanian hearing health to each child, no matter where you are!. We are greateful with the attention we received from Ana Maria de Leon, Maria Eugenia Amaya and Melisa Velarde. We are optimistic after this visit !! Thanks in advance for your support. We know that door is open to new possibilities.

Jan 21 - Participation in Good Deeds Day launch activity
Today we participated in the event offering the Jewish Panama (JUPA) Foundation and the B'nai B'rith Foundation to promote the "Day of Good Deeds" or "Good Deeds Day" to be held for the first time in Panama on Sunday 15 March. The concept is simple, but powerful! Join us to do all that day a good deed by others.This video has more on the Day of Good Deeds in the world. We invite you to join this cause.

January 24 - Health Tour with Sam Kardonski Foundation and Ways of Light Foundation at the Community Union Embera in Alto Bayano.

The saturday January 24, we were invited by TOWERBANK to the tour which was held under the auspices of FOUNDATION SAM KARDONSI, taking an Act of Love to the Union Embera indigenous community in Alto Bayano. The team was composed of 18 volunteers who lovingly donated their time and knowledge to deliver this community not only school donations but also food and clothing, and at the same time provide hearing exams by FOUNDATION HEAR IS VIVIR. Doctors ENT, professional speech therapists, speech therapy students and other volunteers who identified with this mission, making it possible joined us again. We Gave the exams and achieved more than 50 children and some adults in the community. The opportunity was good to invite PATHS OF LIGHT FOUNDATION who donated solar panels to the main house of this community, leaving the community with some lights activated for the first time.

FEB 1 participated today in the activity of the Metropolitan Park "Healthy Park, Healthy People" where we offered hearing care information and educational talk "Hearing Loss and Prevention" by Lic. Addis Sotillo, speech therapist Foundation.

January 29 - Training for Teachers COIF National Lottery
Today training teachers of COIF National Lottery Beneficencica to support them with the detection of hearing loss in the classroom. In the photos Yolis Norato Ms. educational coordinator with members of the board of the Foundation who offered the following:.. "Warning signs of hearing loss in preschool children" presented by Ms. Analida Pitty Ceballos, fonoaudióloga and Vice President of the Foundation. And "Care Ear and Hearing on Pre-school," presented by Dr. Stella Rowley, otorrinolaringóloca and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Foundation. We thank Lic. Nestor Solis and Lic.Betsy Sempruno for having extended the invitation for this training. So we contribute to educate and give our teachers better tool to support us in the fight against hearing loss

Starting today our educational work in BABY FAIR, where we provide to thousands of people about the importance of hearing care of the baby and the whole family. Atlapa 6, 7 and 8 February. Thanks to FOV staff and volunteers who make this possible participation. We expect to see you there!
