10/23 Update

Annabelle
Annabelle

East Mississippi Animal Rescue would like to thank you for your continued support! We appreciate everyone who has donated to our project so far. Your support keeps us going and ensures that we are able to continue our mission!

Do you remember the three chihuahuas we included in our last update? GOOD NEWS! They are ALL in forever homes now! Lucy, Sassie, and Cali are healthy, happy, and part of loving families thanks to donors like you!

With this update, I'd like to spotlight some animals that we have had in our care for quite a while now. They are long overdue for finding their forever homes.

Bebe is a Cattle Dog mix. She is about one and a half years old, weighs 35-40 pounds, has been treated for heartworms (is now on preventive), and is crate-trained. She is great with other dogs and loves daily walks with her rescue buddies. She is very laid back and a little shy but will be the perfect dog for a family with a medium active lifestyle and lots of love to give. Being an inside dog would be ideal because when outside alone, she tends to escape to explore nature on her own. She has finished raising her seven babies, but now that she's done in the mothering department, she's ready for a place to call home. Bebe obeys well and is a very smart girl. If she sounds perfect to you, please contact EMAR for information on adopting her.

Annabelle is a Shepherd mix, approximately one and a half years old. She is spayed, housetrained, and up to date on vaccinations.

Buzz is a male Tuxedo cat mix, about one year old. He is good with children, dogs, and other cats. He is up to date on vaccinations and has been neutered.

If you or anyone you know is interested in adopting one of these animals (or others) please contact EMAR at (601) 553-3060.
Once again, thank you for your unwaivering support. We appreciate all that you do!
