The year 2020 will go down in the history books as one of the most trying of our generation. "Social distancing" is now a phrase that is a part of our everyday language and PPE no longer is used as a financial account on the balance sheet, but is now used as a term to represent face masks and gloves. During this difficult time, Zoom has become our new favorite meeting location and our gasoline budgets have declined dramatically.
With all of the changes, we are sure to never go back to the way life was before. The older generation now is more technologically literate, the younger generation is now on their way to being comfortable learning from home, more families will begin to teach their children at home, and businesses have found more creative ways to market to consumers without having them walking through their stores. We are in a period of transition from the old normal to the new normal.
Our organization has taken these changes in stride and will continue to change ourselves. We have made tremendous improvements that will allow us to help more people at greater distances from our home office. We have formed deeper relationships with our clients and have been able to track their progress in more meaningful ways. We are excited about what the future holds. We thank you all for your continued support and for providing us with the much-needed resources to grow and address the needs of our clients.
We have exciting announcements we will be able to make in the next report, so stay tuned!
