New Batch Summer Sewing Class (16 Students)

Dear Friends,

Hope you are enjoying your summer time and we in SANTI are enjoying summer too. We are going through fun filled events at Training School.

We are thrilled to start a new batch of summer training classes with 16 students. Our students are Amrita, Asha, Gouri, Namanti, Nilima, Pooja, Pramila, Pramodini, Pratima, Prattima, Rilen, Sagita, Sanju, Santari, Suchita and Susmita. They are learning to make Indian ladies dresses.
Record Keeping training was provided by SANTI to Women Self Help Group, members of Barupara Ward No.13 of Rajgangpur. This will help the WSHG to keep daily records of their tasks and duties in a reportable structure that is needed by local government. SANTI’s help in this provided a big relief to them to understand the need and transparency required in reporting methods.

We wish them a great success of learning this important skill and in future they will be able to earn money as many of them are already doing it.
