The holidays are already underway at Family Giving Tree.
Our social service agency partners are starting to enter the wishes of the individuals they serve, and the list is growing daily as we seek to bring joy to tens of thousands through holiday giving.
We're working on our most-needed gift list to share with the community and will soon begin signing up partner Drive Leaders and corporations to help spread the word and collect the gifts that match these special wishes.
A wished-for gift may seem simple, but it can mean the world to those who might otherwise receive nothing at all. If it's the only gift a child might receive, imagine how significant it will be and how much joy it will bring.
In 2023, we granted over 42,000 wishes; this year, we aim to grant 44,000. This monumental undertaking requires lots of planning, coordination, and community support. The theme for 2024 is United for Joy, as we strive to rally the community in kindness in support of those who could use it.
