I`m Mihaela Raducanu, the representative of Association for Animal Protection ‘’Tomita’’ in Tecuci, Romania. We are a small NGO in a small town, but lucky enough that Romania Animal Rescue and amazing Nancy Janes from USA have been helping us with 100 free of charge spays and neuters for the dogs and cats with and without owner in our little town, every month, since 2010. Thanks to their very kind and generous donors there were castrated over 3500 dogs and cats. They also donated over 2500 booklets for our children in the school, about the importance of s/n and taking good care of their pets, and also very important RAR helped us find good homes for some of our fostered doggies.
We still have many dogs and cats in our foster care, and the most urgent needing right now is the food. Untill we will find good home for them, we need to feed 50 hungry tummies – 36 doggies and 14 kitties (4 are pups and 11 are kittens, all of them needing wet food, which is also more expensive than dry food).
We hope and would be very grateful if you can help us provide their food. Please know that every and each donation is so very important for them. Giving a little you help a lot, you help an innocent creature not to starve. It`s so very hard to provide their food, specialy when our financial resources are so very poor and we also need to provide other needed things, as medicine, deworming, vaccines, warm shelter for winter etc.
