Hunger does not wait. For a family without enough food, every day matters.
In Karamoja, approximately 473,000 people are experiencing Crisis or Emergency levels of acute food insecurity, representing around 32% of the analysed population.
The consequences for children are particularly serious. The latest IPC analysis projects that approximately 122,100 children aged 6–59 months will face acute malnutrition, including around 30,600 children with severe acute malnutrition.
Good Cause Foundation Uganda is seeking support to help vulnerable families access emergency food while contributing to longer-term food and livelihood security.
A donation can help us support food packages for households that are struggling to meet basic food needs. It can also help us pursue agricultural interventions that give families opportunities to grow food and strengthen resilience.
Objectives:
Help us make sure hunger does not steal a child's opportunity to grow, learn and thrive.
Donate today and help us reach another family in need.
