Education Fund for 25 High School Students in Bali

Thank you for taking the time to open this KEMBALI Scholarship Program report. 

Starting the second week of October 2025, YKIP staff distributed the transport allowance to sponsored students in all project areas. We started the distribution in Karangasem on October 19, 2025.  We met 97 students and their parents, distributed the transport allowances, and took their picture with their parents. We also collect the letters they wrote for their sponsors. 

We continued the distribution in Mengwi on October 25, and continued the distribution in the Gianyar area in the second week of October 2025. The last distribution was in Denpasar, where we met 27 students. Finishing the distribution, we distributed the allowance to 267 sponsored students. 

In the events, we also distribute awards to the students who perform well in the academic and non-academic field. We awards the students with gifts and certificate as our appreciation for their hardwork at school. 

 During this event, we also informed the students about the upcoming event, the Youth Career Planning Program, or Career Day 2025. The event will take place on December 14, 2025, in Monarch Gianyar cabang Gianyar. We will invite the 12th grader and have them learn about job searching, preparing a good CV and cover letter, and learn from the expert in the industry of their interest. 

Thank you so much for helping us provide the scholarship to the students who need support to continue their education until they finished their education at least until senior high school.

Dear friends,

We are honored to meet you again in this project report. 

The academic year of 2025-2026 started on July 21. We are happy to inform you that the YKIP KEMBALI Scholarship program continues to sponsor 267 students. There are 16 new students sponsored this year.  Out of 267, we will expect 95 students to finish their education at the end of this academic year in June 2026. 

YKIP starts the activities in this new academic year by sending out the notification letters to the schools where the sponsored students study. YKIP staff reached out to schools in Karangasem, Bangli, Buleleng, and Denpasar. Our staff meets with the representative of the school, informing the the official about the students in our program who study in the school. This is not only the act of notifying the school, but also to keep a good relationship with the schools. We also notified the local authority and sent a report of 2024 activities to the local Department of Social Welfare in all program areas. 

Another activity that we do for the scholarship distribution events are procuring the school supplies. We provided 267 packages of school supplies and school uniforms for the recipients of KEMBALI Scholarship Program. 

Our first distribution event was conducted in Mengwi Area. We met with six students on August 3, 2025, to distribute school supplies and collect a copy of each student's report card. We will continue the activities in Karangasem Regency, Pengotan Village, Gianyar Regency, Denpasar Municipality and Les Village in Buleleng Regency. Our target is to finish the school supplies distribution by August 25, 2025. Finishing the distribution, we will continue the activities by paying the tuition to the schools.
