Donation need for Stay Safe & free from infection and difficulties.

Lazu (Anonymous) is 18 years Adolescent girls with Intellectually disabilities in ours working areas. She is one of the most vulnerable adolescent girls. She lives with her parent’s village of Laodatta Dhangargorunder Islampur upazilla district Jamalpur northern part of Bangladesh. Her family economic condition is low level. But she has high ambition will be educated on her Menstruation hygienic with safety from our orientation.

Organization coworkers are Provide the basic knowledge and aware to her menstruation hygiene and she manages her personnel hygienic and aware about the menstruation Periods to the adolescent girls and women with Disabilities. Due to Families poverty and illiterate they need sanitary hygienic pad for proper manages. Due to family economic conditionwants donation for buy Hygienic materials and continue. On the dated 28 august 2022 we provide sanitary pad.Now she will be enjoying fulfill life independently. She wants monthly Sanitary napkins support during menstruation periods free from infections, more confident positively.

Numbers of100 Adolescent girls and women with Disabilities are main targeted beneficiaries. Most of the Adolescent girls with Disabilities still used old and dirty cloth pieces during periods due to their family povertyand these cloths dry in behind and due to lack ofawareness on menstrual hygiene and difficult access of sanitary pads in rural places.

Some of Adolescent girls with disabilities in the rural areas don’t management due to their habit and have no knowledge menstrual process and reproductive health. Menstruation is a biological process in women. But this is a big social taboo in our area. She is bound with social and family’s restrictions such as:- not touching books, barrier doing home work and outside walking , not publicly discuss about this issue.

If we are support to empower, educate Adolescent girls on Personnel hygienicto make them physically and emotionally capable to lead a successful life. Enhanced knowledge on menstruation will enlighten them against malpractices during menstruation. We are apologies to donors for support to her and others and we hope and believe comes to us for support adolescents protecting and empower.
