The main goal of the Society's activity is to prevent and alleviate human suffering during armed conflicts, natural disasters, catastrophes, epidemics, pandemics and other emergencies by assisting state authorities in providing medical and humanitarian assistance during armed conflicts and in peacetime, participation in providing international assistance in the event of catastrophes and emergencies, and provision of medical and social assistance to socially vulnerable groups of the population.
