Ten Military Victims Helped Because Of You!

In 2013, ten military victims were helped with life saving services including safety planning, intensive case management, danger to safety relocation, legal support, emergency assistance and counseling.

Without donations like yours these services to American military victims overseas would not be possible. Here is a quote from one of the emails we received from a victim your donation helped:

"This has been such a difficult time for me and my son. I don't know how I would have made it through without you. We are safe now but it is going to take time to heal. You have made that possible."

I personally know how important your donations are to victims in need. If you are interested in learning more about why I founded the Americans Overseas Domestic Violence Crisis Center, you can read the first chapter of my memoir for free at www.harvestingstonesbook.com

I can't thank you enough for chosing to support military family violence victims on Global Giving.

Warmest wishes always, Paula

Increase In Sexual Assault Victims Calling For Help!

We truly appreciate your support of American sexual assault victims overseas! Since we launched the website we have seen an increase in the number of victims seeking our services in the worst time of their lives.

This year already, 2014, we have assisted three American sexual assault victims. We would not be able to do this without donations like yours.

Here is what one of the victims told her SASHAA program case manager, Eva, over the phone:

"I feel like you have been the only light in this awful darkness. I can't tell my family about what happened. I feel they would blame me. I don't know what I would have done without you."

I can't thank you enough for chosing to donate to our sexual assault support project on Global Giving.

Warmest wishes always, Paula

Your Donation Helped Save Lives!

By donating to support the phone calls made to the crisis center, you have helped save the lives of victims at the worst time of their lives.

In 2013, AODVC international advocates and case managers received 3012 incoming calls and emails from 502 victims in 62 countries. The 15 countries with the most incoming calls and emails: United Kingdom, Pakistan, Croatia, Denmark, France, South Korea, Barbados, Australia, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Thailand, Italy, Egypt and the Czech Republic.

Also in 2013, case managers provided 5,200 hours of informed, compassionate, long term case management. Without donations to pay for the crisis line this would not have been possible.

I personally know how important your donations are to victims in need. If you are interested in learning more about why I founded the Americans Overseas Domestic Violence Crisis Center, you can read the first chapter of my memoir for free at www.harvestingstonesbook.com

I can't thank you enough for chosing our project to donate to on Global Giving. Warmest wishes always, Paula
