Mission

Action for Mothers and Children (AMC) has been at the forefront of efforts to improve maternal and child health in Kosovo since 2009. It was founded initially under the name 'Foundation for Healthy Mothers and Babies' with the support of Dr. James Strickler, Emeritus Co-Chair, Board of Directors of the International Rescue Committee and Emeritus Dean at Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth University.
