Amidst Challenges: Organizational Progress

Despite the challenges that Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) has witnessed in terms of fall of revenue raised, particularly on the platform of GlobalGiving kin the year of 2025 (of course last year as we report today on this particular month of September, 2026); the organization, because of having the devoted donors in the names of recurring donors and those who tried as much as possible to sacrifice whatever they could, these have made the organization to continue to progress in all ways possible.
Last year, they have recruited the students, included the housewives from the community, they have rented the Institute of Home Economics, continued to build their new Institute of Home Economics, procured sewing machines, paid their staff, and finally among others passed out their students in a very colorful graduation celebration.
Undoubtedly, this year 2026, the organization has recruited their new studentsand they are undergoing their training at the Institute of Home Economics.

The three stems of loyalty

The three stems of loyalty according to Kole Intellectual Forum are: based on
1. Oneself,
2. Nation and
3. The Institute
"Being loyal to yourself, nation and Institute". accorrding to Kole Intellectual Forum, is reffered to as 'he virtue of this particular sentence, we need to first understand what it means by the term loyalty, which stands in to explain to the public that: that particular person (who is said to have been loyal) is that particular person that this committed to him/herself, nation and to the school or the Institution.
Whereas, over the issues of oneself; Loyalty is not a zero-sum game; but rather the level of commitments by the concern person those are complementary and balanced through alignment of values, ethical behavior, and responsible actions.
Loyalty to Yourself means living authentically, adhering to your values, and prioritizing your well-being and personal growth. It involves: Integrity: Self-Care and Personal Growth
While loyalty to the Nation and the School (Institution) dwells around your being contributive, respectful, and engaged member to those communities. And also being that, those ones that deals with communities in terms of Civic Duty (Nation) and of course, supporting school activities, maintaining academic integrity, and representing the institution honorably

A step towards Development: KIFA

Campaign for Poverty Reduction: KIFA
Kole Intellectual Forum is ready to report that: Despite significant progress across the globe, in the poverty reduction over past decades, still there is an extreme poverty that is persisting everywhere, particularly in low-income and fragile contexts. Many individuals lack access to quality education and relevant skills, limiting their ability to secure decent employment or create sustainable livelihoods. Taking note that, education systems in disadvantaged areas are often under-resourced, while training programs being implemented are frequently failing to align with labor market demands.
Underemployment and underemployment remain high among youth and women, forcing many into informal and low-paying work with little security. Limited access to finance, mentorship, and markets further constrains entrepreneurial potential. Social exclusion, genderinequality, and geographic isolation exacerbate these challenges, making it difficult for vulnerable populations to break out of poverty; all these have highly been research on by Kole Intellectual Forum.
Hence, Kole Intellectual Forum is grateful to report to this platform that: in every long journey to we travel to, begins with a step. Meaning that: their campaign to introduce a program of Home Economics to their community, is a step forward to inform the world that: this program can transform the society and give a lot of answers to the reduction of poverty as numerated above.
