2025 has started with a bang at the Hearts of Hope training centre!
Our own staff have finished their Knowledge modules and are now doing their Practical and Workplace modules. At the same time, they are preparing to write their External Summative integrated Assessment which is the career exam. Once they have passed that exam, they will have achieved their official Child and Youth Care Worker qualification - such an exciting moment for them all and which will soon be coming to pass.
12 new participants started in March 2025, from three different non-profit organisations - Siyathemba, Door of Hope and Abraham Kriel. They have started on their theory or Knowledge component.
