Phue, a master's candidate studying data science and artificial intelligence, is passionate about closing the knowledge gap in the IT industry. Her mission is to break down the limitations and cultural conventions that frequently limit women's potential by using her experiences and skill set to empower and inspire others. She is acquiring the skills and information necessary to provide other women with a solid foundation in IT and AI through her postgraduate courses. She is dedicated to growing her network and putting women in these industries who require mentoring and educational help to succeed.
Her recent educational pursuit is to gain a deeper insight into the world of analytics and business intelligence so that it can drive the right data for insightful decisions leading toward organizational performance. She hopes to build her tech company, specifically designed for women wanting hands on experience and knowledge from the group of experts who would be working with us. She believes that finishing this educational journey will not only change her life but also allow her to personally uplift other potential future leaders with self-confidence and independence who champion diversity in corporate culture.
Phue said, "FISA [a financing instrument from Wedu] is more than just financial assistance to me; it represents an opportunity to grow as a leader. The leadership program and mentorship from Wedu are strengthening my potential to successfully pursue my goals and contribute meaningfully to my community."
