What a beautiful day 24 October was! Fanie and Jenni wanted people to be refreshed and inspired at their wedding (that is exactly what happened!). Many of Fanie's athletes also attended their big day.

The I2B Skatepark Progress
It is really exciting to see the progress at the main hub of Inspired 2 Become - the I2B Skatepark. We did the first concrete pour and will do many more in the next month.

We would like to thank Neels and Attie for donating all the bricks and pavers we needed. This is really going to bless our community so much!
The skate park work horse
We are tremendously grateful for the grant from the Global ACTS network that we received to buy a pick-up truck. This will help us in a big to build skate ramps.
The first concrete quarter
Together with the local skaters from Strand, we decided to build a quarter pipe at Smoothies Skatepark in Strand. It was the first concrete ramp we built and it came out really nice. Thanks to all who helped us with this project
We launched the ramp with a best trick jam.
Surf club support during Covid-19
I2B surf coach, Moose, handed out food parcels to the I2B surf club kids. What a legend!!
More Improvements at the I2B Park
We are very excited about the park's new shading next to the bowl.
