Children of LBHC are doing well with your support. As we all know that every child needs a home, a family, care, support and love. We are very happy to say that LBHC is not working as orphanage, as it’s a home fo children, who get proper care and loving family environment. Your support is extremely helpful for this act and we are thankful for the support we receive from you. Your kind donation has been adding support in their education, food, shelter and other development activities.

Children at LBHC are healthy and doing well during COVID 2nd wave, your continuous support helped the children in getting sufficient food and education during pandemic.

All Children participated in Campus Every week LBHC organizes cleaning activity in the campus to make children understand about the importance of hygiene and sanitation. Children perform cleaning work in playground, campus, class rooms, study area etc Yoga and Meditation classes were organized weekly for children.

Celebrations in campus: -

On Independence Day of India children were very excited & happy, they sung national anthem, prepared and gave speeches as per the occasion, performed dance and songs for the occasion. Celebration started with national flag hoisting and National Anthem. LBHC management and school teachers were also present at the programme.

They participated in Rakhi competition and competing with each other’s by making better rakhi than other. Children of LBHC enjoyed the festival of “Raksha Bandhan”.

Children participate in music classes, which are held every month. Children engaged themselves during their free time in sports and games both indoor and outdoor, which is very much essential for overall growth of body.

Management committee meeting is also conducted weekly in LBHC with group leaders, house mothers and members for maintaining rules and regulations up to date, to maintain the hygiene and sanitation at LBHC and also to discuss the modifications in regulations and planning activities for children.

Quality time with Guest: -

Guest from Inner Wheel Club Bodhgaya visited LBHC during July month and distributed snacks items, playing items among the LBHC’s children and they enjoyed sweets with children. They gave 2 carrom boards, 2 Ludo, one set of Bat and ball, two skipping ropes for children. All the children were very happy on the occasion and thanked them.

Your help is a priceless contribution and an undoubtedly appreciable support to the disadvantaged and needy. Thank you for your care, compassion, mercy, and for the contribution that you have made for our children. Thank you for maintaining a stable and reliable partnership with us.

With your love and kind support, children at Lord Buddha Home for children are doing very well and are healthy. Children are doing well in their studies and going back to school. Pandemic COVID made it difficult for all. But your continuous support helped the children in getting sufficient food and education.

In last quarter, children participated in many celebrations and started their offline classes at school along with coaching classes. Children celebrated Makar Sakranti, Republic day and Holi Festival at LBHC.

All Children participated in Campus Cleaning work which is done regularly every week. Yoga and Meditation classes were organized weekly for children to keep their body and mind fit and calm. Offline classes started from January 2021 for all children at school. Special attention was given on class 10^th students who are preparing for their final Board Examination. 6 students appeared for board examination in month of February. Other classes had their annual examination in month of March at their school. Offline coaching classes were taken in their scheduled time (3:30 pm to 7:00 Pm) for all children from class 1^st till 10^th. Children also practiced self study and use to complete their assignments and home works.

Other than academics children also participate in music classes, which are held every month. Children fixed their time for sports and games both indoor and outdoor, which is very much essential for physical exercise and for growth of body of children. Children played games like chess, carom, cricket and football.

With generous support of Goonj, food grains like Rice, Wheat and pulses were provided for children. Other Essentials like mosquito net, bed sheet, blankets and utensils were also provided for children.

Counseling meeting was conducted for children to create awareness about sustainable utilization of energy, electricity, water and resources, to maintain self hygiene and practicing Yoga and meditation for peaceful mind.

Management committee meeting is also conducted weekly in LBHC with group leaders, house mothers and members for maintaining rules and regulations up to date, to maintain the hygiene and sanitation at LBHC and also to discuss the modifications in regulations and planning activities for children.
