We welcomed Batch 41 with a full day of Leadership Games. Previously these games were usually held during the field trip activities or camping events. Now we are experimenting with a new format, so that students can get to know their leadership capabilities and learn about each other from the time they first enter TLF. It is a great icebreaker.
This leadership activity is very important for students because it can train and change the students' attitudes to taking responsibility and deliver on a promise. In addition, the gaming approach makes it a happy learning atmosphere. Other important values implanted during this activity include training in cooperation, togetherness, cohesiveness, discipline, caring, responsibility, etc.
It is hoped that the learnings from these Leadership games can be practiced throughout the TLF training program and applied in daily life after graduating from TLF.
