Support for the Mulu Maternity Center in Ethiopia

We want to deeply thank you for the generous donations and support we have received. 

Thanks to you, we have been able to continue helping the maternity center and address the most urgent needs that women and children in the community have by providing quality medical care.

This is the work that has been done in recent months thanks to your contributions:

Roof Repairs: The maternity facilities include two pavilions. Thanks to your contributions, we have been able to identify serious issues such as humidity stains, ceiling deformations, and water leaks. 

Malu Nursery (under construction): The Malu Nursery is starting to take shape, thanks to a donation from the Rotary Club. Once operational, it will be crucial to have continuous support to keep it well-equipped with educational materials, daily meals for the children, and most importantly, trained staff to provide them with the care they need.

Playground: Inside the maternity center there is also a playground which many children enjoy. With your support we can improve this space by adding more games, giving children a safe place to play while their mothers receive medical attention. 

Mulu Generator Maintenance: The Mulu generator is essential to ensuring there are no power cuts, which is vital for the proper functioning of medical equipment in operating rooms and laboratories. 

Thanks to you, the Mulu Maternity Center continues to be a place of hope and health for many people in Ethiopia.
