Dear donor,
The ÇYDD Mentorship Project, which started in 2012, has been continuing for 13 years with the aim of contributing to the personal development of our youth. More than 4500 mentor-mentee pairings have been made in the project to date. With the increase in the number of branches and pairings participating in the project each year, more young people benefit from this project. Our project reached 62 branches and 739 pairings in its twelfth year.
We aim to match 1000 for the thirteenth year of the project. On the other hand; targets such as
*increasing institutional collaborations,
*giving priority to mentees in internship opportunities,
*ensuring that mentees start the program more consciously and
*providing training and supervision for project coordinators in order to strengthen branch project coordination
are included in the 13th Term plan.
