Government funding has been halted on the region and our funds are pretty low.
Despite the news showing little of the area, lots of work needs to be done. Families are still sleeping in make-shifts and infrastructure in certain towns is only 50% usable at best.
Unfortunately, the dollars allocated for the towns in western Carolina was frozen a little over a mont ago, so many families are operating off of the bare minimum.
Food pantries, clothing closets and shelters have also seen the decline in their ability to help people.
If you have it in your heart to donate, and share our efforts, we will still do the best we can to take supplies to people.
Aside from what comes in through you, our friends on GlobalGiving, we may very well have held our last mission.
