History: She is suffering with Filariasis since 15 years. She is poor and cannot afford treatment. 

 2. V. Krishnaiah-60 years.

Address: No.12-213, Kummari Street, SRIKALAHASTI-517644,

History: He is suffering with Filariasis since 30 years. He is poor, depends on making clay pots for his lively hood and cannot afford treatment.

  3. B. Vajramma - 58 yrs

Address: W/o Ranganatham, No.15/1040, Project Street, SRIKALAHASTI-517644,

She is suffering with Filariasis since 20 years and left leg affected. When she get fever taking treatment in Private hospitals.

 4. K. Ramanamma -55 yrs

Address W/o Late Sivaiah  3-308, Kondamitta, SRIKALAHASTI-517644,  

History: She is suffering with Filariasis since 20 years and her both legs were affected with Filaroasis . Last month when she got abscess taken treatment at Ruya hospital, Tirupati.

 5. S. Jeenath - 55 Years

History: She is suffering with Filariasis since 18 years. She is poor and cannot afford treatment. 

 6. K. Lakshaiah- 61years

Address: S/o K.Chinnappa,15-1234 Project street, SRIKALAHASTI-517644

History: He is Poor. Daily wages labour. Suffering with Filariasis since 20 years and his right leg affected, not taking treatment

 7. K.Rajamma-80 yrs

Address: W/o Late Ankaiah settee, No.15/729, BP Agraharam, SRIKALAHASTI-517644,

History:  She is suffering with Filariasis since 40 years and her Left leg affected  When she get fever taking treatment in Government hospitals. 10 years back she has get operated at GH Hospital, Chennai.

 8. M. Mohana-68 yrs

Address: 15-1068, Project Street, SRIKALAHASTI-517644,

History: He is suffering with Filariasis since 18 years and his right leg is affected. When he get fever taking treatment in GH

9.  M. Saradha-45Yrs

Address: W/o M.Ramakrishna, 4-481, Water House Colony, SRIKALAHASTI-517644,

History: She is suffering with Filariasis since 10 years. She is poor and cannot afford treatment

 10. P. Munemma-65 yrs

Address: W/o Late Subramanyam, No.15/69A, BP Agraharam, SRIKALAHASTI-517644,

History: Suffering with Filariasis since 30 years and her Right leg affected. When she get fever taking treatment in Private hospitals.

 11. P. Jayalakshmi-59 yrs

History: She is Suffering since 25 years. Her left leg affected. Occasionally she is taking treatment in Private hospitals.

 12. G Venkatamma-70 yrs

Address: W/o Late G. Chenchaiah, 10-90, Salipeta, SRIKALAHASTI-517644

History: Suffering with Filariasis since 30 years. She is poor and cannot afford treatment.

 13. P. Chandramma-48 Yrs

Address: W/o Late P. Dharmaiah 9-696, Bahadhur peta, SRIKALAHASTI-517644,

History: She is suffering with Filariasis since 9 years. She depends on her daily earnings and cannot afford treatment. 

 14. P.Ramalakshamma-48 yrs

Address: W/o P. Subramanyam  15/689 BP agraharm,  SRIKALAHASTI-517644,

History: She is  suffering with Filariasis (Right leg) since 40 years. She selling vegetables in the market. Her son is daily wages labour. She is not taking any treatment.

15. Ranemma -45 yrs

Address: W/o Sivaiah, No.2-806, Kondamitta,  SRIKALAHASTI-517644,

History: Her both legs were affected  with Filariasis since 20 years. Not taking treatment. When she get fever taking treatment at private hospitals.

 16. T.Nagamma-45 yrs

Address: W/o T.Subramanyam No.15-1194(1) Project street, SRIKALAHASTI-517644,

History: She is suffering with Filariasis since 20 years and her Left leg affected. She is poor and depends on daily earnings.

Beneficiary Filariasis patients and the slums which require immediate health attention are being identified.

We have started the selection process for enrolling the 15 deserving Filariasis patients for treatment and  4 slums for conducting health camps.

Patients for treatment and slums for conducting health camps are being selected based on the following criteria:

·         The patients should be living in slums

·         Poor people who are below poverty line

·         People who cannot afford  for treatment and to buy medicines

·         Slums more affected with diseases and health problems.

 We will be able to finish the selection process in about 15 days and start providing health services. We will get back to you with more details.
