History: She is suffering with Filariasis since 15 years. She is poor and cannot afford treatment. 

 2. V. Krishnaiah-60 years.

Address: No.12-213, Kummari Street, SRIKALAHASTI-517644,

History: He is suffering with Filariasis since 30 years. He is poor, depends on making clay pots for his lively hood and cannot afford treatment.

  3. B. Vajramma - 58 yrs

Address: W/o Ranganatham, No.15/1040, Project Street, SRIKALAHASTI-517644,

She is suffering with Filariasis since 20 years and left leg affected. When she get fever taking treatment in Private hospitals.

 4. K. Ramanamma -55 yrs

Address W/o Late Sivaiah  3-308, Kondamitta, SRIKALAHASTI-517644,  

History: She is suffering with Filariasis since 20 years and her both legs were affected with Filaroasis . Last month when she got abscess taken treatment at Ruya hospital, Tirupati.

History: She is suffering with Filariasis since 18 years. She is poor and cannot afford treatment. 

 6. K. Lakshaiah- 61years

History: He is Poor. Daily wages labour. Suffering with Filariasis since 20 years and his right leg affected, not taking treatment

 7. K.Rajamma-80 yrs

History:  She is suffering with Filariasis since 40 years and her Left leg affected  When she get fever taking treatment in Government hospitals. 10 years back she has get operated at GH Hospital, Chennai.

History: He is suffering with Filariasis since 18 years and his right leg is affected. When he get fever taking treatment in GH

History: Suffering with Filariasis since 30 years. She is poor and cannot afford treatment.

History: She is suffering with Filariasis since 9 years. She depends on her daily earnings and cannot afford treatment. 

 14. P.Ramalakshamma-48 yrs

History: She is  suffering with Filariasis (Right leg) since 40 years. She selling vegetables in the market. Her son is daily wages labour. She is not taking any treatment.

15. Ranemma -45 yrs

History: Her both legs were affected  with Filariasis since 20 years. Not taking treatment. When she get fever taking treatment at private hospitals.

History: She is suffering with Filariasis since 20 years and her Left leg affected. She is poor and depends on daily earnings.
