It is a pleasure to greet you, hoping that you are in good health.

We are pleased to be able to communicate with you and tell you about our progress during this period.  As you know we are going through a worldwide health crisis COVID-19; this has been a very strong impact for all countries, especially for our country Ecuador, as many lives were lost, and also as a result of this virus many areas were affected, one of the strongest being the economic field; however, we have put strength and faith that soon COVID-19 will be over.

As you know, a few months ago we told you that our CAP community assistance program was converted to online classes due to restrictions, however today we are happy to tell you that we have returned to face-to-face assistance since the country's COVID statistics have decreased due to the vaccine. We have restructured again and have started individual counseling with each organization. Within the community assistance program, we have carried out a complete analysis of each area of the CAP program, planning tutorials with the specific needs of each institution. We have started with the organization CETAP LUCY with personalized mentoring in the area of finance and accounting. We have also started with mentoring in the area of design and communication. With the foundation OSSO, NOVA, EL ARENAL we have also started with mentoring in the redesign of image and good use of social networks.

We are honored to have your support, we have new surprises for you, soon we will tell you new developments.

Thank you for having a heart of gold, and for making many hearts keep beating.
Together we build a more just and humanitarian society.

Together We Are the Change.

It is an honor to be able to greet you and tell you about our progress during this time; As you know, we are going through a global health crisis COVID-19; in Ecuador the numbers are increasing and many lives are extinguished. However, we remain confident that this situation will soon pass.

Some time ago we told you that we were able to take a big step in our CAP community assistance program in person, and turn it into online classes. These months have been very good, we have been able to adapt in the best way and put a lot of effort into learning. We have planned individual workshops and group workshops based on the needs of each of the foundations. This time we carry out mentoring in the area of communication and Marketing, with the NOVA, OSSO, CETAP LUCY, EL ARENAL and NUR foundations, in order to improve the proper use of social networks.
We also want to tell you that within our community assistance program we have been able to give some workshops to our leaders and beneficiaries, on education, protection and environmental awareness. A workshop on the elaboration of organic products for personal hygiene such as soap, shampoo, deodorant, disinfectants using goods that we have at home. A workshop on planting and healthy eating from home.

We are sure that the best way for the crisis to teach us is by acting, learning and doing.

We are very grateful because thanks to you each of the programs is being achieved, without your support none of this would be possible.

Thank you for having a heart of gold, and making many hearts keep beating.
Together We build a more just and humane society.

As we mentioned to you a while ago, these months have been of great anguish due to the health emergency the world is going through. We have adapted and created new solutions and strategies.

We have switched the CAP community assistance program in-person to online classes. As you know, we are the only Ecuadorian non-profit, whose goal is to educate foundation leaders on sustainability and sustainability issues. We gave 13 workshops to our partner foundations and the community, with experts in different areas.
We also gave workshops on motivation, relationships, and stress management strategies.
We made dialogues and one on one meetings with the work teams of our organizations. These dialogues focused on improving their work environment.

We have continued educating our community despite the situation we are going through.
We would love to tell you that the winning project of the micro-entrepreneurship has its first positive advances:
The two mothers who are in the literacy process are highly motivated with the desire to learn and get ahead.
The first sales of the bread made at the foundation have been a total success. These results continue to motivate us to move forward, knowing that the best tool to change the world is educating ourselves, and what better way to open up those people who have not had opportunities in the past.

We are very grateful for all these results and advances, without your support, none of these would be possible. Thank you for having a heart of gold, and making many hearts keep beating.
Together, we build a more just and humane society.

Together We Are the Change. Happy 2021!

Dear Frieds,

We hope you are healthy,

This time we are happy to share good news with you.

We are the only organization in the country that takes care of  the education of  the leaders of non-profit organizations in Ecuador. The results we have achieved through education, training and mentoring are evident.

Hearts of Gold is part of building a more humane society and with more opportunities for a good future for our children, adolescents and families.

These have been months of great anguish due to the health emergency in which the world is going through CORONAVIRUS (cov-19), however we have managed to take a great step from the face-to-face CAP community assistance program, and turn it into online classes. We have offered 13 workshops aimed at our partner foundations and the community in general, with experts in different areas. This has allowed us to continue educating our community despite the situation we are going through.

Thank you for your support because the most powerful tool of the human being is EDUCATION, we invite you to continue supporting us.
The reality we live in now is very difficult, but we are sure that we can move forward, survive if we join hands, join forces, and build a better life together.
Thank you for having a heart of gold, and making many hearts continue to beat. Together We build a more just and humane society.

Together We are the Change.

Dear Friends,

During this past few months we have been working on dfferent ways  of imporving our educational program, we believe there is always a chance to become a little better.

As you know our main service at the foundation is educatong our parter organizations but we are humbled and honored to also learn and improve.

This current crisis we are all facing has given us big lessons, we have been working from home for more than 50 days.

We now miss our classroons full of  questions, ideas, opinions  respect, laughs and love.

We think this virus will be around for longer than we all think, for this reason we have started training our partners and making the adjustments needed to adjust to our new reality.

We are focusing on teaching our community organizations how to stay alive using the most importan and maybe only tool we have available now, INTERNET!

Our online trainings are focusing on  fundrsising, social media managment, learning about different platfomrs that can be used with staff to work efficiently.

We are also taking care of the emotinal part, having to take care of the community, while you are quarantined at home sometimes working longer than they were used to can affect your physical and emotinal health, offering them metdation techniques, yoga sessions, massege techiniques for stress, etc, help them fell better and have more energy to contunie working with a positive mind

You have made this possible, we will contunue offering this valuable services to keep everybody alive, please keep in mind you are part of this big family and great positive change.

If you can, we encourage you to please share this story with your family and friends, dont let the hearts of this community organizations stop beating!
