Dear donors, it is an honor for the entire Hearts of Gold family to be able to greet you and hope you are doing well. We are happy to be able to tell you about new developments and details of this period in our Community Assistance program.
As you are aware, we have returned to one hundred percent of our face-to-face education workshops within our CAP program, which aims to educate and empower ngo leaders, with the intention of creating sustainability and sustainability in legally established organizations.
These months we have given personalized advice and mentoring to each of the organizations CETAP LUCY, EL ARENAL, KALPAWARMI, NOVA, OSSO in areas of communication, marketing and fundraising, with the intention of achieving new international partnerships. Also with NOVA, we have been able to work with personal advice for the planning and creation of fundraising events, generating new forms of economic income, which allows them to establish themselves economically.
Within the community assistance program we have also considered it important to include topics of personal development, empowerment and self-care, since the staff who work day to day and work in contact with beneficiaries who are going through different social, personal, psychological, etc. problems. For this reason we take care of our staff with relaxation and stress release workshops. Knowing that every day we must take care of ourselves in order to take care of others.
to be able to take care of others. We also consider it important to include workshops on violence against women, due to the high rate of domestic violence that exists, including beneficiaries of the different foundations, so that they acquire tips and know the different forms of abuse that exist, and in case they are victims of violence know how to respond and act in a legal and psychological way. The only way to eradicate violence is by putting a stop, preventing and protecting each other. This workshop was very sensitive to many concerns, and a lot of learning.
Thank you for having a heart of gold, and for making many hearts keep beating.
Together we build a more just and caring society.
Together We Are the Change.
