It is an honor to greet you and we hope you are feeling well.  We are pleased to be able to communicate and tell you about our progress during this period within our community assistance program.
As you are aware and full of joy, we have resumed with all the biosecurity protocols the face-to-face classes; since the statistics of covid in the country have decreased due to the vaccine. We have started this period with an evaluation with each one of the organizations, analyzing in depth each one of the work areas with the intention of reinforcing each one of them. We have also signed the inter-institutional cooperation agreement with each of the allied organizations.

Within the community assistance program we have started with workshops on personal development, leadership, cooperativism, financial education and entrepreneurship with the foundations CETAP LUCY, EL ARENAL, KALPAWARMI, NOVA, with personalized advice in each of the areas mentioned, we have also started with mentoring in the area of fundraising with the NOVA foundation, with the aim of empowering and learn about new ways of fundraising.

We are honored to have your support, we have new surprises for you, soon we will tell you new developments.

Thank you for having a heart of gold, and for making many hearts keep beating.

It is a pleasure to welcome you and I hope you are in good health. We are pleased to be able to keep you informed and share with you our progress during this period. As you know, we are going through the global health crisis COVID19; This has had a very strong impact in all countries, especially for our country, Ecuador, because many people have died, and also by this virus many areas are affected, in which the strongest is the economic; However, we have added strength and confidence that COVID19 will soon end.

As you know a few months ago, we announced that our CAP community support program has moved to an online course due to limitations; however, today we are pleased to announce that we have returned direct support from the country statistics that have declined since the vaccine was launched. available. We restructured and began consulting individually with each organization. In Community Support, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of each area of the CAP program, planning instruction with the specific needs of each facility. Mentoring in finance and accounting has continued with NOVA, El Arenal and CETAP Lucy, its importance lies in greater financial education, more savings, better investment decisions, more rational use of credit, lower levels of indebtedness, budget management, income and expense projection, and a higher standard of living for all our beneficiaries. We also began consulting in the areas of design and communication. With the OSSO, NOVA and EL ARENAL platforms, we have also begun to provide assistance in the revision of the image and proper use of social networks.

We appreciate your support, we have new surprises for you, soon we will keep you informed of news.

Thanks to the person with a golden heart who makes so many hearts skip a beat.

It is an honor to be able to greet you and tell you about our progress during this time; As you know, we are going through a global health crisis COVID-19; in Ecuador the numbers are increasing and many lives are extinguished. However, we remain confident that this situation will soon pass.

Some time ago we told you that we were able to take a big step in our CAP community assistance program in person, and turn it into online classes. These months have been very good, we have been able to adapt in the best way and put a lot of effort into learning. We have planned individual workshops and group workshops based on the needs of each of the foundations. This time we carry out mentoring in the area of communication and Marketing, with the NOVA, OSSO, CETAP LUCY, EL ARENAL and NUR foundations, in order to improve the proper use of social networks.
We also want to tell you that within our community assistance program we have been able to give some workshops to our leaders and beneficiaries, on education, protection and environmental awareness. A workshop on the elaboration of organic products for personal hygiene such as soap, shampoo, deodorant, disinfectants using goods that we have at home. A workshop on planting and healthy eating from home.

We are sure that the best way for the crisis to teach us is by acting, learning and doing.

We are very grateful because thanks to you each of the programs is being achieved, without your support none of this would be possible.

Thank you for having a heart of gold, and making many hearts keep beating.
Together We build a more just and humane society.

As we mentioned to you a while ago, these months have been of great anguish due to the health emergency the world is going through. We have adapted and created new solutions and strategies.

We have switched the CAP community assistance program in-person to online classes. As you know, we are the only Ecuadorian non-profit, whose goal is to educate foundation leaders on sustainability and sustainability issues. We gave 13 workshops to our partner foundations and the community, with experts in different areas.
We also gave workshops on motivation, relationships, and stress management strategies.
We made dialogues and one on one meetings with the work teams of our organizations. These dialogues focused on improving their work environment.

We have continued educating our community despite the situation we are going through.
We would love to tell you that the winning project of the micro-entrepreneurship has its first positive advances:
The two mothers who are in the literacy process are highly motivated with the desire to learn and get ahead.
The first sales of the bread made at the foundation have been a total success. These results continue to motivate us to move forward, knowing that the best tool to change the world is educating ourselves, and what better way to open up those people who have not had opportunities in the past.

We are very grateful for all these results and advances, without your support, none of these would be possible. Thank you for having a heart of gold, and making many hearts keep beating.
Together, we build a more just and humane society.

Together We Are the Change. Happy 2021!
