With only six months left to GLOW Leadership Academy 2019, the preparation of the camp is at full speed.
Our team of peer trainers has already started working on planning the activities to be included and the updates in the program. At the beginning of February, the young trainers will take part in a teambuilding seminar specially planned for them by our senior alumni. During the seminar, they will learn more about how to moderate a discussion, manage their time, plan a session. Special focus will be placed on improving their emotional intelligence in order to be better team leaders and provide the support the future campers will need.
In January will launch the application process for GLOWise - our annual mentoring program for Bulgarian teenage girls. If you are interested in becoming a GLOW mentor of an adolescent girl, follow our social media channels for more details on the initiative.

"GLOW was hands down the best experience in my life. I've never felt more accepted, happy and at home amongst people I've just met. And that means a lot coming from a person with social anxiety like me. I'll be forever grateful to the academy for helping me overcome my fears, for giving me the opportunity to gain skills and knowledge in so many different spheres of life and for creating this super positive girl love atmosphere we all need more in our lives.", shares Hristina Aleksieva, participants in GLOW Leadership Academy 2018
