Girls education in rural areas is the big challenge for parent as well as Govt to keep running smooth the effects in past years wonderful but now the COVID-19 period of six months and now floods 2020 hit Pakistan created worse situation for rural areas, most of schools in rural areas are under floods water and the building of schools damaged fully or partially.
This project needs more attention now to continue the girls going school and AHD team making efforts to contact Govt line departments to ask them to make repair of the primary schools in rural areas to help poor village people to continue sending their girls to schools

A Time to reach Young Girls in slum areas & mobilize their families to save themselves form COVID-19
AHD doing effects to help poor rural people and the people residing in the slum areas of Hyderabad, Tando Muhammad Khan & Sujawal and team of AHD staff meet individual’s mothers and helped them to save their children and specially YOUNG GIRLS
The 3 staff team with distance making they are working to help poor families to get to know about the present crises of COVID-19 in Pakistan and save their children especially young girls enrolled in the Govt schools in the past.
The difficult time regarding mobility and access to poor with high cost of travel and precautions, you all are requested to help us to keep remain active in this difficult time

Girls Started earning through sewing skills during Christmas Season
Young girls are at risk in rural areas of Sindh Pakistan, AHD has been working in these area since 2001-2002 and experienced continue young girls ignorance at household level in farming communities, as most of time all family busy in wheat, rice and sugarcane harvesting all over the year, AHD team visited some 15 villages near Matli and saw the situation of poor rural families during Christmas holidays.
The Great News shared by local rural families targeted by AHD in last quarter 2019, about 23 young girls learn sewing skills from their parents and earn amount for the studies from their sewing skills.
AHD team delighted to see young girls learn and now acting to generate income for their education purposes, AHD will focus more 45 young women and help them to focus on their young girls to get them to nearby Govt schools.
