While drawings and additional important details of the building construction are being updated, work on the fence is being given attention so as to improve the facade of the building. The high barriers in front of the building is now being replaced with newly-crafted fences.
In line with this, works involve the excavation of fence foundation and footing, as well as welding and fabrication of the newly-designed fences made from steel. These are essential steps towards achieving the goal of giving the facade of the building a new and vibrant look.
Fencing is just one aspect of the facade’s improvement project. The whole project on the front entrance of the FPA Science Wing will go full circle once the details have been finalized with the engineers, architects and the whole construction team.
Currently, structural engineers are being consulted on the overall work for the FPA Science Wing Project as to provide more insights on the best solutions and plans for a successful outcome.
While the building is being redesigned for further enhancement of its aesthetic and durability aspects, the University seeks to reiterate the very reason why it has decided to build the FPA Science Wing. The construction of the Foundation Preparatory Science Wing is anchored in the aspirations of students who are more than eager to learn Science in the most convenient and formal manner through a state-of-the-art science laboratory.
