In every project, there are necessary preparations to be done in order to have a smooth-flowing and organized flow of work. These are matters that will affect greatly the duration of the construction period.
Recently, architectural drawing details have been finalized in order to also point out the final list of materials for the said project.
On site, clearing operations were done as one of the first steps towards the beginning of the construction period. The construction of the North Campus Gate will start by March. This gate will serve as the main entrance not only for the Science Wing but for Foundation Preparatory Academy (FPA), as a whole.
As with the concern on electric wirings and posts that are currently installed in front of FPA, communication letters were sent from the University to the local energy provider, Negros Oriental Electric Cooperative (NORECO) II. The institution in its aim to improve its buildings and facilities has requested NORECO II to relocate electrical posts fronting the facade of the building.
