Foundation University is an academic institution with 75 years of making education affordable to students with limited financial means but whose goal is to obtain quality education. Nursing education is one of the university's programs that has significantly increased in population after the COVID pandemic which caused the university to build additional classrooms to be able to accommodate the students. There is now a need to fill these classrooms with high-Quality equipment for training.
Foundation University built more classrooms to accommodate more students who have limited financial means so that they are able to achieve their dream of becoming a healthcare professional to be able to address its shortage after the COVID pandemic struck.
Nursing education is a long-term, sustainable solution to the healthcare workforce shortage. By training more nurses, empowering them to take on broader roles, and ensuring they're supported throughout their careers, we build a more resilient, flexible, and accessible healthcare system.
Nursing education isn't just about getting a job, it's an investment in a life of purpose, impact, and continuous growth because it is a stable and rewarding career that also promotes a positive impact that advocates health and the transformation of the healthcare system. It also serves as an influence and inspiration to the family and community to invest in service oriented careers.
