Donors’ support impacting the society visibly
As we can see what is happening to Kole Intellectual Forum in the photo above, one would learn that: Donor support is a critical thing for NGOs as it provides the essential funding needed to operate their programs, pay staff, and cover operational costs, allowing them to fulfill their missions, reach more people in need, and create positive social change by addressing important issues that might otherwise be neglected; essentially as the organization ha learnt, they observed that: without donors’ support, it would not be possible to them to function effectively and achieve what they are doing now.
Of course, to them, they deliver that, donors’ support has helped them in maintaining the, Financial Sustainability:
Donations directly enable them to implement its projects activities, deliver services, and scale up their operations to reach a wider audience.
Impactful interventions: that,
With adequate funding, Kole Intellectual Forum has been able to address critical social issues like, education, and Home Economics related issues.
Community empowerment: that,
With the Donors’ support, they are also able to empower their communities by providing them with resources and opportunities to improve their lives and participate in decision-making processes.

General Assembly
The first general Assembly for KS and KM Class
Kole Intellectual Forum on the March 4, 2025 has organized a general assembly for both KIFA Students (KS) and the of KIFA Mothers (KM); purposely, to bring them together to share information, as well as celebrating achievements upon their admission at Kole Intellectual Forum and also to reinforce their values at the Institute, communicate important announcements, foster shared identity, and also educating them on morals, discipline, and upcoming events.
The key reasons for holding an assembly at Kole Intellectual forum is to:
Communicate information:
To convey important news, updates, or announcements to the entire group at once, minimizing miscommunication.
Recognize achievements:
To celebrate individual or group accomplishments in academics, sports, or other areas, inspiring others to strive for excellence.
Build students:
To foster a sense of belonging and shared identity among members by gathering everyone together.
Promote values:
To reinforce positive morals, ethics, and school culture through speeches, presentations, or performances.
Raise awareness:
To educate students about important issues, current events, or social responsibility.
Develop Student leadership:
Providing opportunities for students to take on leadership roles by presenting or organizing assembly programs.

Yearly Installation of supervisors

Yearly Installation of supervisors
Every year Kole Intellectual Forum creates an opportunity to Install the supervisors; that is, by installing them to the next level of their job, meaning they are either confirm or promoted from the current job and given up an opportunity to take up on more responsibilities at the higher-level of management, often involving additional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and broader oversight beyond what he or she had been doing.
The key roles why Kole Intellectual Forum install their supervisors is because, they have:
Identified their potential:
Assessing which supervisors demonstrate the necessary skills and aptitude to transition to a higher management position.
Or made them to tailor development plans:
Creating personalized training programs for each supervisor, focusing on areas like strategic planning, decision-making, conflict resolution, and team building.
Mentorship and coaching are some areas of concern:
Pairing supervisors with experienced managers to provide guidance, feedback, and support as they develop new skills.
Above all, exposing them to the higher-level tasks:
Gradually assigning supervisors more complex responsibilities, like project management, budget oversight, or cross-functional collaboration, to prepare them for a more senior role.
